维度与现状:跨文化能力情感层面研究

【摘要】:跨文化研究早期侧重跨文化认知和行为层面的研究,但随着全球化进程的持续深化和"一带一路"战略的实施,跨文化情感层面的重要性日益凸显,情感层面的内涵也不断丰富,因此有必要进一步厘清情感层面与认知、行为层面的界定范围,确定情感层面主要维度。通过质性研究中的深度访谈研究外语专业学生短期交换和留学期间主要情感维度的发展变化,讨论主要维度的递进性和可操作性,以及它们之间的关联性,可以为外语专业本科基础和高级两大阶段的跨文化研究提供参考和借鉴,满足国家对跨文化人才的迫切需求。
[Abstract]:In the early stage of cross-cultural research, it focused on cross-cultural cognitive and behavioral aspects. However, with the continuous deepening of globalization and the implementation of Belt and Road's strategy, the importance of cross-cultural emotional level has become increasingly prominent. The connotation of emotional level is also enriched, so it is necessary to further clarify the definition of emotional level, cognitive level, behavioral level, Determine the main dimensions of affective level. Through in-depth interviews in qualitative research to study the development and changes of major emotional dimensions during short-term exchange and study abroad, discuss the progressiveness and maneuverability of the main dimensions. The relationship between them can provide reference and reference for the basic and advanced cross-cultural research of foreign language majors and meet the urgent needs of the country for cross-cultural talents.
