超越与重构:亚欧大陆和海洋秩序的变迁

【摘要】：现代世界政治经济新秩序从16世纪起开始形成,直到两次世界大战后定型,总共经历了四百多年。在近代世界形成以前,古代亚、欧、非三大洲之间,存在着一个以“丝绸之路”为纽带的互相贸易交往、文化交流的世界,我们称其为古代大陆体系。西方近代以来的大航海和地理大发现,使得跨越大西洋、太平洋的远洋航线将新、老大陆连接为一个整体,伴随着科学技术的发展和工业革命,建立在海洋体系之上的现代世界政治经济秩序得以形成,并且促进了现代工业社会爆发式大发展。但是,随着两次世界大战的爆发及现代地区冲突的不断,以民族国家为主体的国际秩序越来越遭遇严重的危机,全球发展失衡、生态问题和资源危机使得世界秩序面临新的变革。面对严峻的挑战,欧盟和中国都在积极推动变革。“一带一路”计划的提出,将推动新的历史时期亚、欧、非大陆体系的重建,并因此而酝酿一个世界政治经济新秩序的诞生。
[Abstract]:The new political and economic order of the modern world began to form from the 16th century until it was finalized after the two world wars, and it went through a total of more than 400 years. Before the formation of the modern world, there were three continents in ancient Asia, Europe and Africa. There is a world of mutual trade and cultural exchanges linked by the Silk Road, which we call the ancient continental system. The great maritime and geographical discoveries of the West since modern times have made it possible to cross the Atlantic Ocean. With the development of science and technology and the industrial revolution, the modern world political and economic order based on the ocean system was formed. And promoted the explosive development of the modern industrial society. However, with the outbreak of the two world wars and the continuous conflicts in modern regions, the international order with the nation-state as the main body is experiencing more and more serious crises, and the global development is out of balance. Ecological problems and resource crises have made the world order face new changes. In the face of severe challenges, both the European Union and China are actively promoting change. The proposal of the "Belt and Road" plan will promote the reconstruction of the Asian, European, and non-continental systems in the new historical period. And thus brewing the birth of a new world political and economic order.
