山西省零售业竞争力评价与发展对策研究

【摘要】:零售业作为经济系统的重要产业部门之一,对工农业生产和经济的持续稳定发展起着至关重要的作用。零售业作为基础性产业,是连接生产、流通和消费环节的纽带,是流通产业的最终环节,因此其战略地位也就显得更加突出。当前形势下如何充分利用零售业庞大的销售网络和分销系统,提高竞争力水平,发挥其在促进就业、增加收入、发展经济等方面的重要作用,已经成为各地区政府政策调控和企业战略规划的重中之重。山西在历史上是晋商的发源地,而且地处通秦联豫、承东启西的重要战略地理位置,拥有发展零售业的得天独厚的优势。新时期在国家“一带一路”战略中,山西如何占据有利地位,抓住产业转型的契机,同时利用晋商与“万里茶道”的区域影响力,全面提升零售业的竞争力水平,成为眼下山西零售业迫切需要解决的问题。本文试图对影响零售业发展的各种因素进行分析,建立比较完善的竞争力评价体系,明确山西省零售业在中部六省竞争中所处的地位,从中发现不足和缺陷,从而为山西省零售业的健康发展提供方向和理论上的指导。本文首先对山西省零售业竞争力研究的背景和意义进行了简要的概括和论述,确定了论文的研究思路、框架和内容以及可能的创新点。其次,对零售业竞争力的相关概念和理论进行了论述。第三,介绍了山西省零售业发展面临的经济环境、市场状况、政策环境、企业经营状况以及零售行业协会状况,经济环境分为整体的经济形势、产业结构状况和基础设施建设三个方面;市场分析侧重于居民消费环境和竞争环境两方面;企业经营状况分为科技水平、管理模式、品牌建设和质量保证三个方面,从而对山西省零售业发展状况有一个清晰的认识。第四,通过前文的现状分析,概括出影响零售业竞争力的因素,提出了影响零售业竞争力的四个评价指标,即产业的规模指标、潜力指标、绩效指标、生态指标。第五,构建零售业竞争力评价体系,运用主成分分析法对山西省零售业的竞争力进行实证研究,明确山西省零售业发展的劣势和优势。最后,结合上述分析得出提升山西省零售业竞争力水平的对策建议:大力发展现代物流业,完善基础设施建设,加快零售产业转型,提高整个行业的运行质量和效率;大力推动农村零售业的发展,挖掘农村广阔的消费需求和市场潜力;深化产业间以及产业内部的交流与合作,实现互利共赢;积极推进零售业的产业化和信息化建设,以信息化促进产业化,以产业化带动信息化;树立品牌意识,注重知识产权的开发和保护。山西只有切实提高零售业的产业竞争力,在产业转型的路上迈出坚实的一步,才能逐步实现“后煤炭”时代的崛起,走出“资源诅咒”的怪圈,推动国民经济的全面发展。
[Abstract]:As one of the important industrial sectors in the economic system, retailing plays a vital role in the sustainable development of industrial and agricultural production and economy.As a basic industry, retail industry is the link between production, circulation and consumption, and the final link of circulation industry, so its strategic position is more prominent.Under the current situation, how to make full use of the huge retail sales network and distribution system, improve the level of competitiveness, and give play to its important role in promoting employment, increasing income, developing the economy, etc.Has become each region government policy control and the enterprise strategic plan the most important.Shanxi is the birthplace of Shanxi Merchants in history, and is located in Tongqin-Lianyu, an important strategic geographical position of East and West, and has the unique advantage of developing retail trade.In the new period, in the national "Belt and Road" strategy, how does Shanxi occupy a favorable position, seize the opportunity of industrial transformation, and at the same time make use of the regional influence of Shanxi merchants and "Wanli tea ceremony" to promote the competitiveness of retail trade in an all-round way?Become the current Shanxi retailing urgent need to solve the problem.This paper attempts to analyze the various factors affecting the development of retail industry, establish a relatively perfect competitive evaluation system, clarify the position of Shanxi retail industry in the competition of the six central provinces, and find out the shortcomings and defects.So as to provide the direction and theoretical guidance for the healthy development of the retail industry in Shanxi Province.Firstly, this paper briefly summarizes and discusses the background and significance of the research on the competitiveness of retail industry in Shanxi Province, and determines the research ideas, framework, contents and possible innovation points of the paper.Secondly, the related concepts and theories of retail competitiveness are discussed.Thirdly, it introduces the economic environment, the market situation, the policy environment, the enterprise management and the retail trade association in Shanxi Province. The economic environment is divided into the overall economic situation.There are three aspects of industrial structure and infrastructure construction; market analysis focuses on the consumption environment and competitive environment of residents; the business situation of enterprises is divided into three aspects: scientific and technological level, management mode, brand building and quality assurance.So there is a clear understanding of the development of retail industry in Shanxi Province.Fourthly, through the analysis of the present situation, this paper summarizes the factors that affect the competitiveness of retailing industry, and puts forward four evaluation indexes, that is, the scale index, the potential index, the performance index and the ecological index of the retailing industry.Fifthly, construct the evaluation system of the retail trade competitiveness, use the principal component analysis method to carry on the empirical research on the competitiveness of the retail industry of Shanxi Province, and make clear the disadvantages and advantages of the development of the retail industry in Shanxi Province.Finally, according to the above analysis, the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the competitiveness of retail industry in Shanxi Province are obtained: vigorously developing modern logistics industry, perfecting infrastructure construction, speeding up the transformation of retail industry, and improving the operation quality and efficiency of the whole industry;Vigorously promote the development of rural retailing, tap the vast consumption demand and market potential in rural areas, deepen exchanges and cooperation between and within industries, realize mutual benefit and win-win situation, and actively promote the industrialization and informatization construction of retail trade,Promote industrialization by informationization, promote informatization by industrialization, set up brand consciousness, pay attention to the development and protection of intellectual property.Only by improving the competitiveness of retail industry and taking a solid step on the way of industrial transformation can Shanxi gradually realize the rise of "post-coal" era, step out of the "resource curse" and promote the overall development of the national economy.
