“一带一路”建设与东亚高等教育传承发展的战略意义

【摘要】：东亚古代教育的实践活动催生了早期丝路的开通,而丝路又促进了东亚社会的发展繁荣,也为东亚教育的发展进步开阔了视野,丰富了教育的内涵,推动了东亚教育的发展,进而形成了东亚汉文化共同体,史称"东亚汉文化圈"。在历史上东亚教育在促进丝绸之路的发展中,为东亚国际秩序的建设与发展发挥了积极的促进作用。而今继往开来,东亚"一带一路"建设工程的推进,对中国当代建设"双一流"大学,具有极大的促进作用。在服务"一带一路"建设中,推动人才交流、学术交流和文化交流,对推动东亚及国际经济社会的全面发展,建立公正、和谐的国际新秩序和贡献中国智慧与力量具有深远的战略意义。
[Abstract]:The practice of ancient education in East Asia gave birth to the opening of the early Silk Road, which promoted the development and prosperity of East Asian society, widened the horizons for the development and progress of East Asian education, enriched the connotation of education, and promoted the development of East Asian education.And then formed the East Asian Han Cultural Community, known as the East Asian Han Cultural Circle.In history, East Asian education played an active role in promoting the development of the Silk Road and the construction and development of the international order in East Asia.Now, the construction project of Belt and Road in East Asia has greatly promoted the construction of "double first-class" universities in China.In serving the construction of "Belt and Road," we should promote the exchange of talents, academic and cultural exchanges, and establish justice for the all-round development of East Asia and the international economy and society.A harmonious new international order and contribution to China's wisdom and strength have profound strategic significance.
