人民币国际化对中国对外贸易发展的影响研究

【摘要】：随着2016年10月1日国际货币基金组织正式宣布人民币成为国际货币基金组织特别提款权SDR货币篮子的一员,并且人民币所占的权重高达10.92%,超越日元与英镑紧随美元与欧元所占比重,成为货币篮子中的占比第三大的国际特别提款权货币。这一重要进程意味着人民币在国际范围内能够自由使用的权利得到了国际社会的正式认可。我们实施的人民币国际化的进程向前迈进了坚实有力的一步,为贸易发展打下坚实基础。国际金融经济社会向来是没有硝烟的战场,其中汇率数字的波动更是牵一发而动全身,所以在国家与国家之间经常会因汇率事件而擦枪走火。汇率的稍微变化会带来进出口贸易的巨大影响,关乎企业发展的身家性命,因此汇率一直是各个大国之间博弈的重中之重。现如今中国有信心也有决心走上人民币国际化的道路,以此为我国的对外贸易发展提供坚实的保障,让国际金融与国际贸易真正的接轨。因此我们有必要在如今轰轰烈烈的人民币国际化进程中,探究其对中国贸易的发展影响并做一定的分析研究。在中国经济改革的重要时期,我国人民币国际化进程的加深,必然对我国新一轮的经济结构改革带来重大影响。本文以人民币国际化为大背景,通过从多方面分析目前人民币的进程,现状,对目前我国所处的人民币发展情况有一定的了解,与此同时本文作者将会利用理论分析法,来分析货币国际化的相关理论以及货币国际化对一个国家贸易的关联性,得出人民币的国际化程度与一国的对外贸有一定的相关性。除了遇到的积极效应,我国在外贸易的开展中依然也存在着相关的问题和前进的阻力:其中包括受到人民币汇率波动,那些对外贸易往来比较密切的企业在进出口方面会受到更多不确定因素影响。进而紧接着分析在人民币国际化进程不断加深的情况下,其发展将会给我国的贸易发展带来的各种机遇与挑战,包括:促进中国边境贸易的发展,降低汇价风险,低结算成本,促进国内企业发展,提升我国对外贸易的话语权,尤其是在一带一路战略背景下推动同沿线国家的贸易发展但同时因国际化货币发展也会给国内处在改革浪口的制造业的发展带来一定的冲击,给对外贸易的经济安全性带来威胁,让我国的出口增速放缓,这些都需要我们及早做好相应的防范对策来应对人民币国际化大浪潮带来的这些问题。为此作者针对相关问题以及从日元国际化对外贸影响中提出相关对策。
[Abstract]:With the official announcement by the International Monetary Fund on October 1, 2016, that the renminbi is a member of the International Monetary Fund's Special drawing Rights (SDR) currency basket,And the yuan's weight is as high as 10.92, overtaking the yen and sterling as the third-largest international SDR currency in the basket, following the dollar and the euro.This important process means that the right of the yuan to be freely used internationally is officially recognized by the international community.Our internationalization of the RMB has taken a solid step forward and laid a solid foundation for the development of trade.The international financial and economic society has always been a battlefield without gunsmoke, among which the fluctuation of exchange rate figures has been a drag on the whole body. Therefore, the exchange rate incidents between countries often cause a gun to go off.A slight change in the exchange rate will bring a great impact on the import and export trade, which is related to the development of enterprises, so the exchange rate has always been the most important game between the big countries.Nowadays, China is confident and determined to go on the path of RMB internationalization, so as to provide a solid guarantee for the development of China's foreign trade, so that international finance and international trade can be truly integrated.Therefore, it is necessary for us to explore the impact of RMB internationalization on China's trade and make some analysis and research.In the important period of China's economic reform, the deepening of the internationalization process of China's RMB will inevitably have a great impact on the new round of economic structure reform in China.Based on the background of RMB internationalization, this paper analyzes the process and status of RMB from many aspects, and has a certain understanding of the current situation of RMB development in China. At the same time, the author of this paper will use the theoretical analysis method.By analyzing the relevant theories of currency internationalization and the relevance of currency internationalization to a country's trade, it is concluded that the degree of RMB internationalization has certain correlation with a country's foreign trade.In addition to the positive effects encountered, there are still related problems and obstacles to progress in the development of China's external trade: including the volatility of the RMB exchange rate.Those firms with close foreign trade will be affected by more uncertainties in terms of import and export.Then it analyzes the opportunities and challenges that the RMB will bring to China's trade development, including: promoting the development of China's border trade, reducing the exchange rate risk, and low settlement costs.To promote the development of domestic enterprises and the right to speak in China's foreign trade,Especially in the context of Belt and Road's strategy to promote the development of trade with countries along the route, but at the same time, because the development of international currency will also have a certain impact on the development of domestic manufacturing industry, which is at the mouth of reform.It threatens the economic security of foreign trade and slows down the export growth rate of our country. All of these need us to make corresponding preventive measures as soon as possible to deal with these problems brought by the great wave of RMB internationalization.For this reason, the author puts forward some countermeasures from the impact of yen internationalization on foreign trade.
