语言和谐与边疆稳定——云南省文山州都龙镇各民族语言关系的理论分析

【摘要】：本文以云南文山州马关都龙镇各民族的语言生活为例,论述语言和谐是边疆稳定的重要保证之一。分析该镇各民族的语言和谐状况,包括语言和谐的表现、制约因素、历史渊源、存在问题,以及与境外同一民族语言和谐的各种表现及作用。得出的结论是,边疆地区的语言和谐是语言和谐中的一种特殊模式,其特点及演变不同于非跨境语言;跨境民族语言相通是连接两地边民的重要纽带,有利于两地语言的保存和发展;在现代化进程中,特别是当前实施"一带一路"规划中,实现跨境民族的语言和谐具有重要的战略意义。
[Abstract]:This paper takes Yunnan Wenshan Shimonoseki are dragon town of different nationalities living as an example, discusses the harmony of language is one of the important guarantee of the stability in border areas. Analysis of the language harmony of various ethnic groups in the town, including the harmony of language performance, restricting factors, historical origin, existing problems, and with the same overseas ethnic languages and harmonious performance and effect. The conclusion is that frontier language harmony is a special pattern language in harmony, its characteristics and evolution is different from non cross-border language; cross-border ethnic language is an important link between the border, is beneficial to both the conservation and development of language; in the process of modernization, especially the implementation of the "The Belt and Road" plan, cross-border ethnic language harmony has important strategic significance.
