绿色丝绸之路建设视域下的福建科技国际合作研究

【摘要】：绿色丝绸之路建设为福建开创高起点的国际科技合作带来新机遇。在"一带一路"建设的空间布局中,福建与"一带一路"沿线国家的经贸合作十分紧密、"五通"基础好、科技创新网络牢靠。在生态文明建设新时代,福建持续先行先试,开发了能源节约、资源循环利用、新能源开发、污染治理、生态修复等关键技术,创造了符合生态文明建设领域科研活动特点的管理制度和运行机制。通过将福建科技国际合作融合生态文明建设经验分享、国际产能合作、关键项目研究、对外人文交流等四径并行,发挥全方位开放的整体效应,为绿色丝绸之路建设树立标杆。
