【摘要】：作为国家战略行业,新闻出版业的发展涉及国家竞争力、国家安全和战略目标的实现,在国家经济发展和政治地位的提升中起着举足轻重的作用。在经济发展新常态和一带一路国家战略的大背景下,清晰掌握全国及各地新闻出版业发展现状,建立一套行之有效的发展评价指标体系,全面测度其发展规律,对于产业政策的制定、调整和实施具有重要作用。本论文分为五个部分。第一部分:绪言。具体介绍选题背景、研究目的、意义,提出论文的研究方法和创新点。第二部分:新闻出版业发展理论基础和文献综述。对新闻出版业及对其发展的理解进行了详细的阐述,对评价指标体系进行了内涵的界定。分析了国内外相关文化产业发展评价指标体系的研究现状并进行了与本论文研究思路的对比分析和总结。最后从外部环境和企业层面对我国新闻出版业的发展驱动因素进行了剖析。第三部分:新闻出版业发展评价指标体系设计思想。这部分通过几种国际经典产业经济学分析模型对将要构建的指标做出理论铺垫,为指标的选择和确定做出合理的逻辑解释。第四部分:新闻出版业发展评价指标体系构建。这也是本文的重点和核心部分。在科学性、系统性、导向性等基本原则的指导下,分析确定每一个评价指标,从一级指标、二级指标到三级指标,严格遵循指标的合理性和可获得性。根据业内资深人士的反馈,用层次分析法确定指标的权重并进行了指标的一致性检验,以科学定量的方式得出每个指标的权重系数。第五部分:不足与展望。
[Abstract]:As a national strategic industry, the development of the press and publishing industry involves the national competitiveness, national security and the realization of the strategic goal, which plays an important role in the national economic development and the promotion of political status. Against the background of the new normal of economic development and Belt and Road's national strategy, the author clearly grasps the current situation of the development of the press and publication industry in the whole country and all over the country, establishes a set of effective development evaluation index system, and measures its development law in an all-round way. For industrial policy formulation, adjustment and implementation of an important role. This paper is divided into five parts. Part one: introduction. This paper introduces the background, purpose and significance of the research, and puts forward the research methods and innovation points. The second part: the theoretical basis and literature review of the development of the press and publication industry. This paper expounds the news publishing industry and its development in detail, and defines the connotation of the evaluation index system. This paper analyzes the current situation of the evaluation index system of the development of cultural industry at home and abroad, and makes a comparative analysis and summary with the research ideas of this paper. Finally, it analyzes the driving factors of the development of China's press and publishing industry from the external environment and enterprise level. The third part: the design idea of the index system of the development of press and publication industry. In this part, several international classical industrial economic analysis models are used to lay a theoretical foundation for the indicators to be constructed, and to make a reasonable logical explanation for the selection and determination of the indicators. The fourth part: the construction of the evaluation index system for the development of the press and publication industry. This is also the focus of this article and the core part. Under the guidance of the basic principles of science, systematicness and guidance, this paper analyzes and determines every evaluation index, from the first grade index, the second grade index to the third grade index, and strictly follows the rationality and availability of the index. According to the feedback of the senior personages in the industry, the weight of each index is determined by AHP and the consistency of the index is tested, and the weight coefficient of each index is obtained by scientific and quantitative way. The fifth part: deficiency and prospect.
