“一带一路”倡议下新疆制造业发展思路研究

【摘要】：在"一带一路"倡议和《中国制造2025》背景下,促进新疆制造业转型升级跨越发展具有重要的现实意义。文章利用中国各地区和新疆制造业的相关数据分析新疆制造业的基本特征和存在的问题。研究发现,当前新疆总体处于工业化中期阶段,制造业表现出行业集中度较高、以资源加工类为主、优势产业的大企业竞争力较强、多中心格局显现等基本特征,存在总体实力较弱、产业链比较单薄、开放水平较低、创新能力较弱、绿色发展意识淡薄等问题。对此,作者从加强"东引西联"、促进提质增效、提升要素质量、完善服务体系等四个方面提出对策建议。
[Abstract]:Under the background of "Belt and Road" and "made in China 2025", it is of great practical significance to promote the transformation and upgrading of Xinjiang's manufacturing industry. This paper analyzes the basic characteristics and existing problems of Xinjiang manufacturing industry by using relevant data from various regions of China and Xinjiang. It is found that at present, Xinjiang is in the middle stage of industrialization, and the manufacturing industry shows some basic characteristics, such as high degree of industry concentration, mainly resource processing, strong competitive power of large enterprises in superior industries, and the appearance of multi-center pattern, etc. There are some problems, such as weak overall strength, weak industrial chain, low level of opening, weak ability of innovation and weak consciousness of green development. To this end, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects: strengthening "linking the east with the west", promoting the quality and efficiency, improving the quality of the elements and perfecting the service system.
