“一带一路”文化交流的话语建构与传播

【摘要】:“一带一路”倡议是中国面对国内外现实格局而作出的宏大构想,有其深刻的历史背景和现实需求。在“一带一路”建设中,文化交流是重要行动。本论文挑选“一带一路”文化交流作为研究对象,并将“一带一路”文化交流话语的实践活动作为案例,分析文化交流话语具有的强大力量,特别是沟通民心的重要价值。本论文主要从四个方面展开研究:首先,选定2013年9月至2017年3月时间段,将“一带一路”文化交流分为官方和民间两个版块,同时将“一带一路”文化交流活动划分为文化产业类、艺术创作类、教育合作类三个类别。其次,探讨“一带一路”文件交流的话语建构。“一带一路”文化交流话语主要体现为倡导“命运共同体”、“亲诚惠容”的理念,传递爱国主义的中国话语,传达中国式智慧等话语。第三,对“一带一路”文化交流的全媒体传播方式和品牌塑造过程进行解析。“一带一路”的传播紧跟时代发展,运用了全媒体传播,包括利用新技术VR进行传播,并且重视打造“一带一路”项目的品牌形象。第四,探讨“一带一路”文化交流话语的传播价值。“一带一路”有助于中国突破国际局势的围困和国内发展的瓶颈,有助于促进互联互通和中国国际话语权的提升。总而言之,中国“一带一路”文化交流话语传播的目标,即是要用世界听得懂的语言,讲述独具特色的中国故事,传达出中国的思想,让他国人民理解中国,提升中国的国际话语权,在国际舆论场上掌握主动权,向世界展示真实的中国。在彼此的文化交流中,达成互相理解与认同,共同发展,互惠双赢,打造中国与“一带一路”沿线各国的“命运共同体”。
[Abstract]:Belt and Road's initiative is a grand idea made by China in the face of the domestic and foreign reality, and has its profound historical background and realistic needs. In the construction of Belt and Road, cultural exchange is an important action. In this paper, Belt and Road is chosen as the object of study, and the practical activities of the discourse of cultural exchange are taken as a case study to analyze the powerful force of cultural exchange discourse, especially the important value of communicating people's feelings. This paper mainly carries out the research from four aspects: first, select the period from September 2013 to March 2017, divide the cultural exchange of "Belt and Road" into two sections: official and folk. At the same time, the cultural exchange activities of Belt and Road are divided into three categories: cultural industry, artistic creation and educational cooperation. Secondly, it discusses the discourse construction of the document exchange of Belt and Road. Belt and Road's cultural exchange discourse is mainly embodied in advocating the concept of "community of destiny", "pro-sincerity and favor", transmitting patriotic Chinese discourse, conveying Chinese wisdom and so on. Thirdly, the whole media communication mode and brand shaping process of Belt and Road cultural exchange are analyzed. Belt and Road's communication keeps up with the development of the times, using the whole media communication, including using the new technology VR to spread, and attaching importance to building the brand image of the "Belt and Road" project. Fourth, discuss the communication value of Belt and Road's cultural exchange discourse. Belt and Road helps China break through the siege of the international situation and the bottleneck of domestic development, and promote the interconnection and the promotion of China's international discourse power. In a word, the goal of Chinese "Belt and Road" cultural exchange and discourse communication is to tell a unique Chinese story in a language that the world can understand, to convey Chinese ideas, and to let other people understand China. Promote China's international discourse, hold the initiative in international public opinion, and show the real China to the world. In the process of cultural exchange, we should reach mutual understanding and recognition, develop together, benefit and win each other, and build a "destiny community" between China and other countries along "Belt and Road".
