“一带一路”对外传播重在释疑解惑

【摘要】:正"一带一路"涉及包括东南亚、中亚、中东欧等地区在内的60多个国家,是世界上距离最长的经济走廊和跨度最大的文化工程。由于各国与中国的关系状态不同,对中国的认知、感受不同,对"一带一路"倡议的战略意图理解不同,难免出现惯性思维、对接困惑、认知落差、现实忧虑等问题,这也是"一带一路"倡议在一些国家被曲解、误读,而另一些国家表态积极却行动迟滞的原因所在。
[Abstract]:Belt and Road, involving more than 60 countries including Southeast Asia, Central Asia, Central and Eastern Europe, is the longest economic corridor and cultural project in the world. Because countries have different relations with China, different perceptions and feelings of China, and different understandings of the strategic intentions proposed by "Belt and Road", it is inevitable that there will be problems such as inertia thinking, confusion, cognitive gap, realistic anxiety, and so on. This is why Belt and Road's initiative has been misinterpreted and misread in some countries, while others have been active but slow to act.
