中国产业多样化演进特征及其影响因素分析——基于工业二分位数行业的研究

【摘要】：我国产业专业化水平与人均GDP基本呈现U型关系而且目前正处于向专业化方向发展的阶段。我国产业多样化与专业化的影响因素中既有我国特有因素,又有一般因素,具体表现为:地方政府间竞争越激烈,产业多样化程度越低(专业化程度越高);FDI占GDP的比重越大,产业多样化水平越高;科技活动人员和经费在行业间分布越集中,产业专业化水平越高。因此产业政策的制定应在顺应目前我国产业专业化发展的趋势下推进高端产业在我国的集聚与发展,找到市场选择与政府指导间的平衡点,有效发挥科技及人才集聚在产业发展中的作用,结合"一带一路"制定更加有利于我国产业转型升级的引资政策和产业转移政策,做到高端产业的"补"与供给侧改革任务中的"去"相结合。
[Abstract]:The relationship between industrial specialization level and per capita GDP in China is U-shaped and is now in the stage of specialization. The influencing factors of industrial diversification and specialization in China are both unique and general factors. The more fierce the competition between local governments, the lower the degree of industrial diversification (the higher the degree of specialization, the greater the proportion of FDI to GDP. The higher the level of industrial diversification, the higher the level of industry specialization. Therefore, the formulation of industrial policy should promote the agglomeration and development of high-end industries in our country in accordance with the current trend of industrial specialization, and find a balance between market choice and government guidance. To give full play to the role of science and technology and talent agglomeration in industrial development, and to formulate, in conjunction with "Belt and Road", policies for attracting investment and industrial transfer that are more conducive to industrial transformation and upgrading in China. To achieve high-end industry, and supply-side reform of the task of the "go" combination.
