【摘要】：面向"一带一路"新型智库信息资源开发利用和国家"一带一路"建设的战略需要,急需发起"一带一路"新型智库信息工程,加快构建中国特色新型智库,服务"一带一路"国家战略倡议。论述了"一带一路"新型智库信息工程的概念、战略意义,探讨了新型智库信息工程建设的策略,并从"一带一路"新型智库信息虚拟网络建设、信息工程系统建设、信息工程信息资源标准规范建设、信息工程合作网络建设等方面详细阐述了新型智库信息工程建设的内容,以期对"一带一路"新型智库建设有所裨益。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the concept and strategic significance of the new type of think tank information project , and discusses the construction of new think tank information engineering from the new type of think tank information virtual network construction , the construction of information engineering system , the construction of information resources standard and the construction of information engineering cooperation network .
