【摘要】：正"一带一路"建设是我国在新的历史条件下实行全方位对外开放的重大举措,航空工业作为我国高新技术产业的代表,国际化程度高、产业拉动性强、军民融合性好,使率先"走出去"成为必须和可能,在"一带一路"建设中具有得天独厚的优势,但也面临很多挑战:航空制造方面,对产品的技术成功关注较多,对产品的商业成功关注不够,产业链短,无法满足用户需求;产业基地建设方面,整个通航网络还未建立,航空高新技术产业基地以及航空产业园建设仍处于探索尝试阶段,
[Abstract]:The construction of "Belt and Road" is a major measure for our country to open to the outside world in all directions under the new historical conditions. As a representative of China's high-tech industries, the aviation industry has a high degree of internationalization, strong industrial pull, and good integration between the military and the people. It is necessary and possible to take the lead in "going out", which has unique advantages in the construction of "Belt and Road", but also faces many challenges: in aviation manufacturing, more attention is paid to the technical success of the products. Not enough attention has been paid to the commercial success of the products, and the industrial chain is short and unable to meet the needs of users. In the construction of industrial bases, the entire navigable network has not yet been established, and the construction of aviation high-tech industrial bases and aviation industrial parks is still in the exploratory stage.
