经济全球化的实践困境与“一带一路”建设的新引擎

【摘要】：从世界经济生产力发展规律和趋势来看,效率驱动、利益驱动、技术驱动、人才驱动等诸多推动力将在客观上推动经济全球化继续前进和发展。但是,经济全球化发展经过上一轮近二十年的快速发展以后,目前遇到了一些现实困惑。进入新时代的中国提出"一带一路"国际合作与交流平台,有助于破解经济全球化发展的现实困境,有助于加快经济全球化的自我修复和调节,有助于推动经济全球化发展朝着更加公平、更加包容、更加普惠、更加平衡和更加开放的世界经济方向继续前进。
[Abstract]:According to the law and trend of the development of world economic productive forces, efficiency driving, benefit driving, technology driving, talent driving and so on, will objectively push forward and develop the economic globalization. However, the development of economic globalization after nearly 20 years of rapid development, has encountered some practical confusion. When China enters a new era, it proposes "Belt and Road" as a platform for international cooperation and exchange, which will help to solve the realistic dilemma of the development of economic globalization and speed up the self-repair and adjustment of economic globalization. It will help promote the development of economic globalization towards a more equitable, inclusive, inclusive, more balanced and more open world economy.
