借助“一带一路”推动西部大开发

【摘要】：西部地区自实施大开发战略以来,经济社会发展取得了显著成效,但与东部地区相比,两者发展仍不平衡,制约了全面建成小康社会目标的实现。而"一带一路"倡议将打造"一体两翼"对外开放的新格局,关注东部开放的同时,将西部内陆地区直接纳入对外开放的最前沿,提升西部地区开放水平。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the strategy of great development, the economic and social development in the western region has achieved remarkable results, but compared with the eastern region, the development of the two regions is still unbalanced, which restricts the realization of the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way. The "Belt and Road" initiative will create a new pattern of "one body, two wings" opening to the outside world, pay close attention to the opening up of the east, bring the western inland areas directly into the forefront of opening to the outside world, and raise the level of opening up in the western regions.
