【摘要】：正推进"一带一路"建设,迫切需要坚实的智力支撑和人才保障。"一带一路"建设为高校创造了新的发展机遇,也提出了更高要求。高校在人才培养、境外办学、人文交流、合作研究等领域大有可为。共建"丝绸之路经济带"和"21世纪海上丝绸之路"(简称"一带一路"),是新时期中国政府为开创全方位对外开放新格局、促进地区及世界和平发展而提出的重大倡议,是中国对外开放战略的升级版。建设
[Abstract]:Is pushing forward "Belt and Road" construction, urgent need solid intelligence support and talented person safeguard. Belt and Road's construction has created new development opportunities for colleges and universities, and put forward higher requirements. Colleges and universities in talent training, overseas schools, humanities exchanges, cooperative research and other fields. The joint construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road (Belt and Road) is a major initiative put forward by the Chinese government in the new era to create a new pattern of all-round opening to the outside world and to promote the peaceful development of the region and the world.
