中粮集团的国际化经营问题研究

【摘要】:中粮集团作为中国最大的粮食企业,主要以粮食产业为依托,面向国际和国内两大市场,在实业的基础上大力发展贸易,农业贸易、工业贸易及技术贸易相结合,经过不断的发展,已经成为了综合性、多功能,实业化、集团化、国际化的大型集团。随着近年来中粮集团的不断发展,国际化经营也取得了巨大的进步,特别是2014年以来几次大规模并购,中粮集团作为世界粮商的地位不断提升。中粮集团的国际化不仅关乎企业自身的发展和国际化经营,更加涉及到国家粮食安全的问题,因此显得尤为重要。中粮集团的国际化经营成果显著,但是与世界上几个大的跨国粮商仍然存在较大的差距,而且企业自身发展过程中也必然会存在一些问题。因此,探索适合自身的国际化经营方式对于中粮集团显得尤为迫切。本文内容主要围绕中粮集团的国际化经营这一中心问题展开。本文首先通过对中粮集团的国际化发展现状进行分析总结,然后归纳企业所面临的外部内部环境,此外对市场选择影响因素进行量化研究,为中粮集团的全产业链模式下的国际化经营提供建设性的建议。文章认为,中粮集团在多年的国际化经营中取得了较大的成就,获得了丰富的经验,企业的外部环境为企业带来机遇的同时也带来了挑战,企业自身条件为企业带来优势的同时不可避免的存在问题,因此通过SWOT分析方法分析企业的面临的环境,并且通过针对国际化经营过程中目标市场选择的主要影响因素,运用系统聚类的分析工具对中粮集团国际化过程中已经涉及或者即将涉及到的国家做出分类,聚类分析得出每类市场的主导影响因素。并归纳其主要特征。因此,本文认为,中粮集团应该结合自身因素,不断建立健全全产业链模式,并使其在国际化经营中不断发挥优势,中粮集团应该借助“一带一路”的东风向世界范围内进行产业链的延伸,并注意目标市场的选择,以及选择合适的市场进入方式,打造核心产业链,加速农业科技化,依靠创新提升竞争力,产业链全方位延伸等,为中粮集团的国际化经营注入更多的动力,在保证国家粮食安全的同时,实现企业自身的发展。
[Abstract]:As the largest grain enterprise in China, Cofco Group is mainly based on the grain industry, facing the international and domestic markets and vigorously developing trade, agricultural trade, industrial trade and technology trade on the basis of industry. After continuous development, has become a comprehensive, multi-functional, industrial, collectivized, international large-scale groups. With the continuous development of Cofco Group in recent years, international management has also made great progress, especially several large-scale mergers and acquisitions since 2014. The internationalization of Cofco Group is not only related to the development and internationalization of enterprises, but also to the national food security, so it is particularly important. The Cofco Group has achieved remarkable results in its international operation, but there is still a big gap with several large transnational grain traders in the world, and there are bound to be some problems in the process of its own development. Therefore, it is particularly urgent for Cofco to explore an international management mode suitable for its own. This article mainly focuses on the international operation of the Cofco Group this central issue. In this paper, the current situation of Cofco Group's internationalization development is analyzed and summarized, and then the external and internal environment of the enterprise is summarized. In addition, the influence factors of market selection are quantitatively studied. Cofco Group for the entire industrial chain under the mode of international operation to provide constructive advice. The article holds that Cofco Group has made great achievements and gained rich experience in its international operation for many years, and the external environment of the enterprise has brought opportunities as well as challenges to the enterprises. The enterprise's own condition brings the advantage to the enterprise at the same time inevitably exists the question, therefore through the SWOT analysis method analyzes the enterprise to face the environment, and through aims at the internationalization management process the target market choice main influence factor, The paper classifies the countries involved or about to be involved in the internationalization process of Cofco Group by means of systematic cluster analysis, and finds out the dominant influencing factors of each type of market by cluster analysis. The main features are summarized. Therefore, this paper holds that Cofco should combine its own factors, establish and perfect the model of the whole industry chain, and make it exert its advantages in the international operation. Cofco Group should make use of "Belt and Road" to extend the industrial chain around the world, pay attention to the choice of target market, choose the appropriate market entry mode, create the core industrial chain, and accelerate agricultural science and technology. Relying on innovation to enhance competitiveness and extend the industrial chain, Cofco Group can inject more impetus into its international operation, and realize the enterprise's own development while ensuring the national food security.
