【摘要】：在"一带一路"战略背景下,哈萨克斯坦因其地缘优势而成为我国全方位的合作伙伴。哈萨克斯坦高等教育改革与发展的一个重要特点是国际化,"博洛尼亚进程"是其高等教育改革的重要转折。开拓中哈高等教育国际合作空间,打造教育共同体,培养国际化人才,开展高校间国际合作,可以为中哈两国经济社会领域的合作与发展提供人才支持。
[Abstract]:Under the background of " One Belt and One Road " strategy , Kazakhstan has become an omni - directional partner of our country because of its geo - edge superiority . The important characteristic of Kazakhstan ' s higher education reform and development is internationalization . The " Borgnian Process " is an important turning point of its higher education reform . It opens up the international cooperation space of higher education in China , builds educational community , develops international talents , and carries out international cooperation among colleges and universities , which can provide talents support for cooperation and development in the economic and social fields of the two countries .
