新时代下的“一带一路”战略需要加强科技引领

【摘要】：正党的"十九大"报告对中国社会发展诸多方面进行了新的指引和历史定位,并对中国社会发展阶段做出一些重大判断。联想到中国推进的"一带一路"国际经济合作战略的实施,也有一些方面需要改进和加强,其中之一就是在注重"资金带动"的同时,更要坚持"科技引领"。以基础设施建设领域为例,中国企业在"一带一路"沿线国家承揽的工程项目很多,也取得很大成绩,获得不错的经济收益。但细究其运作方式和资金来源,会发现多数工程都是由中国政府进行对外无偿援助或提供
[Abstract]:19th CPC National Congress's report gives new guidance and historical orientation to many aspects of Chinese social development, and makes some important judgments on the stage of Chinese social development. The implementation of Belt and Road's international economic cooperation strategy promoted by China also needs to be improved and strengthened in a number of ways, one of which is that while paying attention to the "fund drive," we should also adhere to the "scientific and technological leadership." Taking the field of infrastructure construction as an example, Chinese enterprises have contracted many projects in the countries along "Belt and Road", and have made great achievements and made good economic gains. However, a closer look at the mode of operation and the source of funds shows that most of the projects are provided by the Chinese Government as free aid or assistance to foreign countries.
