【摘要】：正自2014年教育部颁发《地方本科高校转型发展的指导意见》以来,地方本科院校应用型人才办学理念讨论与研究成为业界焦点。处于"一带一路"核心区的新疆地方本科院校如何依靠新疆地域特点和资源优势,致力于培养地方社会经济发展所需的应用型人才,也成为了新形势下新疆新建本科院校所面临的重大挑战和契机。贺继宗教授主编的地方特色教材《新疆旅游概览》(新疆人民出版社,2017年版)正是积极适应国家一带一路以及地方经济建设和社会
[Abstract]:Since the Ministry of Education issued the guiding opinion on the Transformation and Development of Local Universities in 2014, the discussion and research on the idea of running schools with applied talents in local colleges and universities has become the focus of the industry. In the core area of "Belt and Road", the local colleges and universities in Xinjiang, depending on the regional characteristics and resource advantages of Xinjiang, are committed to cultivating the applied talents needed for the local social and economic development. It has also become a major challenge and opportunity for new undergraduate colleges and universities in Xinjiang under the new situation. Xinjiang Tourism Survey, edited by Professor he Jizong (Xinjiang people's Publishing House, 2017), is an active adaptation to national Belt and Road and local economic construction and society.
