廉洁“一带一路”建设亟需推进政府采购领域反腐败立法

【摘要】：自2013年9月"一带一路"倡议提出并实施以来,赢得了国际社会广泛的回应。确保"一带一路"成为廉洁之路,是习近平同志代表中国政府向世界做出的庄严承诺。这样的承诺,展示了中国政府的反腐决心,彰显了中国政府的廉洁自信,更是表明中国政府的合作反腐的态度——在全球范围内倡导"廉洁",以确保投资采购更稳健、营商环境更纯洁、经济发展更繁荣。廉洁"一带一路"建设首在廉洁政府采购建设。推进政府采购领域的反腐败立法刻不容缓。
[Abstract]:Since its launch and implementation in September 2013, the Belt and Road initiative has won a broad international response. To ensure that Belt and Road becomes a clean road is a solemn commitment made by Comrade Xi Jinping on behalf of the Chinese government to the world. Such a commitment demonstrates the Chinese government's determination to fight corruption, demonstrates the Chinese government's honesty and self-confidence, and even more demonstrates the Chinese government's cooperative anti-corruption attitude-advocating "integrity" around the world to ensure that investment procurement is more robust. The business environment is cleaner and the economy more prosperous. Clean "Belt and Road" construction first in clean government procurement construction. It is urgent to promote anti-corruption legislation in the field of government procurement.
