“一带一路”与南亚地区国际合作前瞻

【摘要】：在推进"一带一路"建设的国际合作大框架中,南亚拥有牵连东西、带动南北、沟通海陆的区位优势,具有其他地区难以企及的重要地位。由于印度的疑虑,"一带一路"建设在南亚地区的进展参差不齐,但总体上居于沿线各地区的前列。在"一带一路"建设中,中国与南亚的国际合作具有基础相当深厚、需求高度契合、架构"线多面广"、形式丰富多样等特点。作为"一带一路"的旗舰项目,中巴经济走廊的建设在相关国际合作中起着至关重要的引导、示范、支点、促进和辐射作用。随着"一带一路"建设的推进,中国与南亚在国际合作中既有成功经验,也经历着各种挑战,值得加以总结并从中获取有益的启示。
[Abstract]:In the framework of international cooperation to promote the construction of "Belt and Road", South Asia has involved things, driving the north and south, and communicating the regional advantages of land and sea, and has an important position that is difficult to reach in other regions. Due to India's misgivings, the progress of Belt and Road construction in South Asia has been uneven, but overall it is among the top areas along the route. In the construction of "Belt and Road", the international cooperation between China and South Asia has the characteristics of deep foundation, highly compatible demand, wide structure, rich and diverse forms, etc. As a flagship project of "Belt and Road", the construction of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor plays an important role in guiding, demonstrating, fulcrum, promoting and radiating in relevant international cooperation. With the development of "Belt and Road" construction, China and South Asia have both successful experience and various challenges in international cooperation.
