基层领导干部“一带一路”建设参与意识的实证研究

【摘要】："一带一路"倡议提出以来,达成了广泛的国际共识,得到了积极的响应。重大政策的安排部署离不开各级领导干部的贯彻执行和广大基层干部的广泛参与。通过问卷法对899名基层领导干部进行调查研究,发现基层领导干部的机遇意识、参与意识、开放意识以及问题意识较为突出。这一群体的参与意识在性别、年龄、单位类别、职务级别和工作类型等方面存在一定差异。在分析原因的基础上,提出提升基层领导干部"一带一路"建设认知水平和执行力的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Since the "Belt and Road" initiative was put forward, a wide range of international consensus has been reached and received a positive response. The arrangement and deployment of major policies can not be separated from the implementation of leading cadres at all levels and the broad participation of grassroots cadres. Through the investigation and study of 899 grassroots leading cadres by questionnaire, it is found that the consciousness of opportunity, participation, openness and problem of the leaders at the grass-roots level is more prominent. The participation consciousness of this group is different in sex, age, unit category, job level and job type. On the basis of analyzing the reasons, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the cognition level and executive ability of the grassroots leading cadres'"Belt and Road".
