“一带一路”战略人才需求效应下的高等教育路径探析

【摘要】："一带一路"是中共中央提出的关于"构建丝绸之路经济带"和"建设21世纪海上丝绸之路"的倡议,目的是为了使我国古代的丝绸之路在新的时代背景下焕发出新的生机与活力。本文运用文献综述与逻辑分析法相结合,对"一带一路"的话语背景进行一系列阐述,并对"一带一路"背景下国家对于人才需求趋向进行分析和综合,进而对"一带一路"国家战略人才需求效应下高等教育的人才培养路径进行了一系列思考与归结,即从提高留学教育,教育与企业同步、学校与企业相结合以及提高高等教育自身的国际性三方面,对高等教育人才进行培养,为"一带一路"新形势下的我国高等教育发展提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:"Belt and Road" is an initiative of the CPC Central Committee on "Building the Silk Road Economic Belt" and "Building the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road". The purpose is to make the ancient Silk Road radiate new vigor and vitality in the new era. By combining literature review with logical analysis, this paper expounds the discourse background of "Belt and Road", and analyzes and synthesizes the trend of talent demand in countries under the background of "Belt and Road". Then, this paper makes a series of thinking and summing up on the talent training path of higher education under the effect of "Belt and Road" national strategic talent demand, that is, from improving the education of studying abroad, education and enterprise synchronize. Combining schools with enterprises and improving the internationality of higher education itself, this paper provides a certain reference for the development of higher education in China under the new situation of "Belt and Road".
