“一带一路”背景下中国企业主导的全球价值链构建

【摘要】：通过多年来参与国际分工,中国企业已经积累了相当的要素资源优势,"一带一路"战略下国家间的密切交往和互利共赢的合作原则,都有利于在沿线国家构建中国企业主导的全球价值链。但由于中国企业走出去的时间短、"低端锁定"压力大、地缘政治格局变动和国内国际价值链的割裂等原因,中国企业构建全球价值链也面临着挑战。对此,中国政府应与东道国政府加强协调与磋商,减少企业投资风险和阻力;中国企业应与东道国企业结成利益共同体,实现互利共赢;同时还要采取措施,使国内国际价值链协调发展。
[Abstract]:By participating in the international division of labor for many years, Chinese enterprises have accumulated considerable factor resource advantages, the principle of close exchanges among countries and mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation under the "Belt and Road" strategy. Are conducive to the construction of Chinese enterprises-led global value chain in the countries along the route. However, because of the short time for Chinese enterprises to go out, the pressure of "low end locking", the change of geopolitical pattern and the fragmentation of domestic and international value chain, Chinese enterprises are also facing challenges in constructing global value chain. In this regard, the Chinese Government should strengthen coordination and consultation with the host country government to reduce investment risks and resistance of enterprises; Chinese enterprises should form a community of interests with host country enterprises to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results; at the same time, measures should be taken. Make domestic and international value chain develop harmoniously.
