日本专门学校入学考试特点及启示——以日本工学院专门学校为例

【摘要】：作为培养职业技术人才的重要教育机构,日本专门学校在学生选拔方面有着自己独特的制度。日本的专门学校实行多元化的入学考试制度,重视学生的综合素质以及对未来的意向。以学生为主体,尊重学生自身的意愿和选择。重视学生的职业发展规划,充分将职业发展规划融入到入学考试制度之中。日本的专门学校也重视国际化教育的发展,积极招收国外留学生,促进日本职业教育的国际流动。鉴于此,我国高职教育应该积极探索符合我国高职教育的多元化入学考试制度;在学生选拔过程中,应该重视素质选拔,培养工匠精神;借助"一带一路"走高职教育国际化路线;还应该尊重学生个性促进高职学生个性化发展。
[Abstract]:As an important educational institution for training vocational and technical talents, Japanese specialized schools have their own unique system in the selection of students. The specialized schools in Japan adopt a diversified entrance examination system and attach importance to the students' comprehensive quality and their intention to the future. Take the student as the main body, respect the student's own will and choice. Pay attention to the students' career development plan, fully integrate the career development plan into the entrance examination system. Japan's specialized schools also attach importance to the development of international education, actively recruit foreign students, and promote the international flow of Japanese vocational education. In view of this, higher vocational education in our country should actively explore the pluralistic entrance examination system in accordance with our higher vocational education, pay attention to quality selection and cultivate craftsmanship in the process of student selection. With the help of "Belt and Road", higher vocational education should be internationalized, and students' individuality should be respected to promote their individualized development.
