“一带一路”框架下香港与东盟的经贸合作潜力分析

【摘要】：加强与东盟的合作,是香港积极参与国家"一带一路"建设的一个重点。通过分析了香港与东盟的合作现状,并重点探讨了在"一带一路"建设中香港与东盟合作的潜力,建议从基础设施建设、企业"走出去"、海洋合作、产业合作以及人员交流等方面入手,加强"一带一路"建设中香港与东盟的合作。同时,还要加快签署香港-东盟自贸区的步伐,以进一步促进贸易和投资便利化,重新定位香港的"国际化"。
[Abstract]:Strengthening cooperation with ASEAN is a key point of Hong Kong's active participation in the construction of the Belt and Road. By analyzing the current situation of Hong Kong and ASEAN cooperation, and focusing on the potential of cooperation between Hong Kong and ASEAN in the construction of "Belt and Road", it is suggested that Hong Kong and ASEAN should "go out" and cooperate in the sea from infrastructure construction, enterprises "going out", and marine cooperation. Start with industrial cooperation and personnel exchange, strengthen the cooperation between Hong Kong and ASEAN in the construction of Belt and Road. At the same time, it will speed up the signing of the Hong Kong-ASEAN Free Trade area to further promote trade and investment facilitation and reposition Hong Kong's "internationalization."
