中华文化外译视域下茶膳的俄译策略

【摘要】:茶文化深厚博远,源远流长,是中华民族文化的重要组成部分。而以茶入膳,将茶文化融入到饮食文化中,同样具有悠久的历史。所以,在"一带一路"中华文化"走出去"战略背景下,茶文化和饮食文化的外译成为推广和弘扬中华文化的重要途径之一,同时也是跨文化交际领域的一项重要研究课题。本文拟从中式茶膳的俄译入手,归纳翻译策略,构建翻译模式,以点带面,传递中华茶膳中承载的文化信息,借此推动中华传统文化的外译和传播。
[Abstract]:Tea culture is profound and has a long history and is an important part of Chinese culture. Tea meal, tea culture into the food culture, also has a long history. Therefore, under the background of "Belt and Road" Chinese culture "going out", the translation of tea culture and food culture has become one of the important ways to promote and promote Chinese culture, and it is also an important research topic in the field of cross-cultural communication. Starting with the Russian translation of Chinese tea meal, this paper attempts to sum up translation strategies and construct a translation model to convey the cultural information carried in the Chinese tea meal so as to promote the translation and dissemination of Chinese traditional culture.
