【摘要】：正1工程意义大瑞铁路是我国《中长期铁路网规划》中完善路网布局和国家实施西部大开发战略的重要举措,是一条贯通滇西,走向南亚、东南亚的战略之路;更是一条事关国家"一带一路"战略、重塑南方古丝绸之路,促进滇西地区跨越发展的交通大动脉。大瑞铁路对进一步凸显云南面向东南亚、南亚开放的桥梁和纽带作用,促进沿线地区经济
[Abstract]:It is an important measure to perfect the layout of the railway network and to implement the strategy of developing the western region in the "medium and long term Railway Network Planning" of China. It is also a strategic road through western Yunnan to South and Southeast Asia. It is also a national "Belt and Road" strategy to reshape the ancient Silk Road in the south and promote the development of the transport artery in western Yunnan. The Da-Rui Railway will further highlight the role of Yunnan as a bridge and link for the opening of Yunnan to Southeast Asia and South Asia, and promote the economy of the areas along the route.
