关于国际工程投标项目中资格预审文本英译实践报告

【摘要】：近年来,中国提倡的一带一路建设不断推进,经济一体化进一步加深,越来越多的中国企业加入到国际工程项目的竞争大潮中,其中资格预审是国际招投标项目中最关键的一个环节,其翻译质量的好坏直接影响到能否有参与投标的资格。本翻译实践报告是基于2016年8月至10月间在博天环境工程有限公司商务部实习期间翻译任务,当时笔者负责资格预审文件的翻译。本报告旨在目的论的指导下,阐述翻译资格预审文本时采用的翻译策略及翻译技巧,论证了词义选择、词性转换、词语的增减与替代、汉语长难句调序与分译、汉语主动句转换为英语被动句、汉语无主句转换为英语被动句等翻译技巧对翻译此类文本的必要性;以及承接翻译项目时译员应该遵循的职业道德准则;从而为其他翻译工作者承接此类翻译项目提供参考,给之以启迪。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China has promoted the construction of the area and one way, and the economic integration is further deepened. More and more Chinese enterprises have joined the competition tide of international engineering projects, in which the qualification pretrial is the most critical link in the international bidding project. The quality of its translation directly affects the qualification of participation in the bidding. This translation practice report is based on the translation task during the internship of the Ministry of Commerce of Bo Tian Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. between August 2016 and October. At that time, the author was responsible for the translation of the prequalification document. The report, under the guidance of the teleology, expounded the translation strategy and Translation techniques used in the translation of the prequalification text, and demonstrated the choice of word meaning. The necessity of translating Chinese proactive sentences into English passive sentences, the conversion of Chinese active sentences into passive sentences in English, the necessity of translating such texts, as well as the moral standards for the interpreters to be followed by the interpreters in the translation project, and thus for the other translators to undertake. This kind of translation project provides reference and enlightens them.
