古代丝绸之路的疾病防治及其对“一带一路”战略的启示

【摘要】：人类文明史,其实就是一部面对疾病和防治疾病的历史。通过稽考敦煌吐鲁番文献,我们发现古代丝绸之路的疾病主要有八:传染病、热病、冻伤、眼病、肛肠疾病、肺病、风病、外伤。古代丝绸之路的人们防治疾病的措施及其对今天的一带一路国家战略的启示有四:(一)培养大批医药人才,(二)建立有效的疾病救护管理和服务机构,(三)建立民族平等的疾病防治政策,(四)海纳百川的医药引进技术。研究千百年来古代丝绸之路上的先民如何在当时条件下实施有效的防病治病措施,对我们今天的“一带一路”国家战略的全面实施具有十分重要的意义。
[Abstract]:The history of human civilization, in fact, is a history of disease and prevention and treatment. By examining the literature of Dunhuang and Turpan, we find that there are eight diseases in ancient Silk Road: infectious disease, fever, frostbite, eye disease, anorectal disease, lung disease, wind disease, trauma. The measures taken by the people of the ancient Silk Road to prevent and cure diseases and their enlightenment to the national strategy of Belt and Road today are as follows: (1) training a large number of medical personnel, (2) establishing effective disease rescue management and service institutions, (3) establishing National equality disease prevention and control policy, (4) the introduction of medicine technology. It is of great significance to study how the ancestors of the ancient Silk Road carried out effective measures of disease prevention and treatment under the conditions of the ancient Silk Road for thousands of years, which is of great significance to the overall implementation of our "Belt and Road" national strategy today.
