安全风险分析的方法创新与实践——以“一带一路”政治安全风险数据库建设为例

【摘要】：随着"一带一路"建设的不断推进,沿线国家安全信息的搜集与风险预警已成为重要议题,运用新的研究工具和研究方法对相关国家政治安全风险进行有效解析具有重要现实意义。上海国际问题研究院积极推进"一带一路"政治安全风险数据库建设,综合利用人工编撰与机器学习的方法搜集资料,细化分析单位,运用地理信息系统等工具进行数据展示。该数据库能够有效展示相关国家的总体安全状况,以可视化方式展示冲突事件的空间分布特征,并以网络化方式展示冲突事件本质等,不仅能为"一带一路"倡议的推进提供数据支持,而且还可以为安全风险研究的方法创新提供有益参考。
[Abstract]:With the development of " One Belt and One Road " construction , the collection and risk early warning of national security information along the line has become an important topic . It is of great practical significance to use new research tools and research methods to effectively resolve the risks of political security in the relevant countries . The database can effectively display the overall security situation of the country concerned , use the tools of manual compilation and machine learning to display the data , and display the essence of the conflict in a networked way . It can not only provide data support for the promotion of the Belt and Road Initiative , but also provide a useful reference for the method innovation of the safety risk research .
