BIM技术在住宅产业化中的应用

【摘要】:随着我国新型城镇化道路的实施、“一带一路”战略的逐步推进,建筑业也迎来了转型变革的新时期。建筑工业化是助力我国建筑业发展的动力,并成为我国建筑业“十三五”期间重要战略之一。2016年,国务院印发的《关于进一步加强城市规划建设管理工作的若干意见》提出要大力推广装配式建筑。这种在工厂加工生产建筑部品构件,再运输到现场进行组装建设的生产方式有效解决了传统建筑生产方式普遍存在的建筑资源消耗大、建设速度慢、劳动力成本高、工程质量和安全得不到保障等问题。住宅产业化是建筑工业化在住宅建筑领域的很好应用,已成为住宅建筑发展的领军力量。建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)是建筑业全新的理念、技术和手段,已收到广泛关注,并且正在逐步加深对建筑行业的影响。BIM技术为建筑行业带来了信息技术革命,它对工程建设的设计、建造、加工、施工、销售、物业管理等环节都有影响,将建筑业带上信息化高速公路。为解决新形势下住宅产业化发展较为缓慢的问题,尤其是装配式钢结构住宅发展较缓慢,本文将BIM技术引入其中,探索BIM技术在住宅产业化中应用的方式方法,以期为我国住宅产业化健康快速发展提供新思路。本文的主要工作如下:(1)对住宅产业化和BIM技术进行了阐述,通过分析住宅产业化和BIM技术的特点和优势,对BIM技术在住宅产业化中应用的可行性进行了研究。(2)针对住宅产业化的特点,着重介绍了BIM技术在产业化住宅前期规划、设计阶段、深化设计、构件生产、施工组装、运维管理等阶段的应用。实现BIM技术在产业化住宅全生命周期的应用。(3)以装配式钢结构住宅为例,对BIM技术在其全生命周期的应用进行详细介绍。结果表明,BIM技术可为装配式建筑全生命周期各阶段提供技术支持和管理保障。将BIM技术应用于住宅产业化可为其发展提供新方法,促进住宅产业化发展实现新突破。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of new urbanization road and the development of "Belt and Road" strategy, the construction industry has also ushered in a new period of transformation and transformation. Construction industrialization is the driving force for the development of China's construction industry, and it has become one of the important strategies during the 13th Five-Year Plan period of China's construction industry. Some opinions on further strengthening the management of urban planning and construction issued by the State Council suggest that prefabricated buildings should be popularized vigorously. This mode of production, which produces building components in factories and is then transported to the site for assembly and construction, effectively solves the problem of large consumption of construction resources, slow construction speed and high labor costs, which are prevalent in the traditional mode of production of buildings. The quality and safety of the project are not guaranteed. Residential industrialization is a good application of architectural industrialization in the field of residential architecture, and has become the leading force in the development of residential buildings. Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a new concept, technology and means of the construction industry, which has received extensive attention, and is gradually deepening the impact on the construction industry. BIM technology has brought the information technology revolution for the construction industry. Construction, processing, construction, sales, property management and other links have an impact, the construction industry onto the information highway. In order to solve the problem of the slow development of housing industrialization under the new situation, especially the slow development of prefabricated steel structure residence, this paper introduces BIM technology into it, and explores the ways and means of applying BIM technology in housing industrialization. In order to provide new ideas for the healthy and rapid development of housing industrialization in China. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) the housing industrialization and BIM technology are expounded, and the characteristics and advantages of the housing industrialization and BIM technology are analyzed. The feasibility of the application of BIM technology in housing industrialization is studied. (2) according to the characteristics of housing industrialization, BIM technology is introduced emphatically in the early planning, design stage, deepening design, component production, construction and assembly of industrialized housing. Operation and maintenance management and other stages of the application. The application of BIM technology in the whole life cycle of industrial residence is realized. (3) the application of BIM technology in its whole life cycle is introduced in detail taking the fabricated steel structure residence as an example. The results show that BIM technology can provide technical support and management support for the whole life cycle of prefabricated buildings. The application of BIM technology in housing industrialization can provide a new method for its development and promote the development of housing industrialization to achieve a new breakthrough.
