促进“民心相通”:中小学国际理解教育的使命与愿景

【摘要】:中国自20世纪90年代开始进行国际理解教育的先导性探索,并逐渐将其上升为国家战略。在推进"一带一路"重大倡议的大背景下,中小学校推进国际理解教育,要进行多方探索和开拓,如构建国际理解核心素养目标体系、优化国际理解教育内容体系、培养具有国际视野的"引路人"、加强人文交流机制建设、建立国际理解教育学术组织等,以促进民心相通和文化理解。
[Abstract]:China began to explore international understanding education in 1990's, and gradually promoted it to national strategy. In the context of promoting the major initiatives of "Belt and Road", primary and secondary schools should explore and develop international understanding education in many ways, such as constructing the target system of core literacy of international understanding and optimizing the content system of international understanding education. In order to promote mutual understanding and cultural understanding, it is necessary to cultivate a "guide" with international vision, strengthen the construction of humanistic exchange mechanism, and establish an international understanding education academic organization.
