江苏省中长期铁路网规划研究

【摘要】：根据江苏省面临的形势和要求,通过梳理江苏省铁路发展现状,深入分析江苏省铁路在路网建设方面存在的薄弱环节;结合江苏省铁路运输需求和铁路发展目标,从系统形成和发挥通道整体能力、提升铁路对江苏省的支撑和带动等方面,结合区域铁路网布局理论,研究提出江苏省中长期铁路网规划方案。研究结论:(1)江苏省铁路发展存在铁路网布局尚不合理、铁路运输能力不足等缺陷;(2)基于国家实施长江经济带、"一带一路"、长三角一体化、江苏沿海和国家新型城镇化等发展战略为契机,提出江苏省中长期铁路网规划方案;(3)建议加快相关项目前期研究及规划建设力度,实现江苏省铁路"客运高快化、区域城际化、货运集中化、路网系统化"的战略构想。
[Abstract]:According to the situation and requirements faced by Jiangsu Province, through combing the present situation of railway development in Jiangsu Province, the weak links of railway network construction in Jiangsu Province are deeply analyzed, and combined with the railway transport demand and railway development goal of Jiangsu Province, Based on the theory of regional railway network layout, this paper puts forward a long-term railway network planning scheme in Jiangsu Province from the aspects of forming and exerting the overall capacity of the system, enhancing the support and driving of the railway to Jiangsu Province, and combining with the theory of regional railway network layout. The conclusions are as follows: (1) the railway network layout of Jiangsu Province is unreasonable, the railway transportation capacity is insufficient, and so on. (2) based on the national implementation of the Yangtze River Economic Zone, "Belt and Road", the Yangtze River Delta integration, Taking the development strategy of Jiangsu coastal and national new-type urbanization as an opportunity, this paper puts forward the plan of railway network planning in Jiangsu Province in the medium and long term. (3) it is suggested to accelerate the early research and planning and construction of related projects, so as to realize the "high speed passenger transport and regional inter-city" railway in Jiangsu Province.
