丝绸之路经济带节点城市产业结构及竞争力水平——以甘肃省兰州市为例

【摘要】：推进"一带一路"建设已上升为国家战略,丝绸之路经济带上的节点城市是实现国家意志的重要支撑。通过运用Esteban-Marquillas拓展模型,在对2008—2013年丝绸之路经济带重要节点兰州市产业结构分行业做偏离份额分析的基础上就各行业发展情况进行聚类分析。结果显示:19个行业中仅7个行业5 a间增长速度高于甘肃省相应行业增速,其中,建筑业,信息传输、计算机服务和软件业与甘肃省相应行业增速的差值较大,分别为4.91和4.99;农林牧渔业,采矿业,制造业,交通、仓储和邮政业,批发零售业,金融业,居民服务和其他服务业,教育业,文化、体育和娱乐业,公共管理和社会组织等10个行业处于发展衰退期,产业结构亟需调整;行业总体可分为3类或是4类,分类结果符合兰州经济发展实际。未来兰州推进丝绸之路经济带建设需要重点开展3项工作,推进产业结构调整、实施承接产业转移、加强第三产业发展。
[Abstract]:Promoting the construction of "Belt and Road" has become a national strategy, and the node cities on the Silk Road economic belt are the important support for the realization of the national will. Based on the extended model of Esteban-Marquillas, this paper makes a cluster analysis on the development of various industries on the basis of the analysis of the deviation share of the industrial structure of Lanzhou City, an important node of the Silk Road economic belt, from 2008 to 2013. The results show that only 7 of the 19 industries have a higher growth rate in 5 years than the corresponding industries in Gansu Province, among which, the difference between the construction industry, information transmission, computer service and software industry and the corresponding industries in Gansu Province is large. Agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, fisheries, mining, manufacturing, transportation, storage and postal services, wholesale and retail trade, finance, residential services and other services, education, culture, sports and entertainment, Ten industries, such as public administration and social organization, are in the period of development and decline, and the industrial structure needs to be adjusted urgently, and the industrial structure can be divided into three or four categories, and the classification results are in line with the actual economic development in Lanzhou. In order to promote the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt in Lanzhou in the future, it is necessary to carry out three tasks, to promote the adjustment of industrial structure, to carry out industrial transfer, and to strengthen the development of tertiary industry.
