“一带一路”下深化中国与周边国家能源合作策略探讨

【摘要】：本文阐述了"一带一路"下中国与周边国家在能源双边合作、区域机制方面取得的进展,提出周边了能源合作在周边大国博弈、共同能源市场和新能源发展方面所带来的挑战。最后本文从深化能源合作机制、加强与大国伙伴关系,推进能源共同市场建设、促进能源设施互联互通、大力加强新能源合作、共同推动周边绿色发展等方面探讨"一带一路"下我国加强周边能源合作的对策。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the progress of bilateral energy cooperation and regional mechanism between China and its neighboring countries under "Belt and Road", and points out the challenges brought by the peripheral energy cooperation in the game between the neighboring powers, the common energy market and the development of new energy. Finally, from deepening the mechanism of energy cooperation, strengthening the partnership with big countries, promoting the construction of energy common market, promoting the interconnection of energy facilities, and strengthening new energy cooperation, This paper discusses the countermeasures of strengthening the energy cooperation in China under "Belt and Road" from the aspects of promoting the surrounding green development.
