ICT在非洲教师教育发展中的成效与挑战——以CFIT信托基金项目为例

【摘要】:ICT在全球教育领域快速发展十多年来,许多国家和国际组织都尝试利用其推动教育公平、提高教育质量,从根本上减少贫困。本文以中国首次在国际组织中设立的教育信托基金为切入点,考察了ICT在当前非洲发展中国家教育发展与改革进程中,特别是教师教育方面取得的成效与面临的挑战,探讨了相关对策,有助于我们在"一带一路"的战略背景下开展国际教育信息化发展的比较研究。
[Abstract]:ICT has developed rapidly in the field of global education for more than a decade, many countries and international organizations have tried to use it to promote education equity, improve the quality of education, and fundamentally reduce poverty. Based on the Education Trust Fund established by China for the first time in international organizations, this paper examines the achievements and challenges of ICT in the process of education development and reform in developing countries in Africa, especially in the field of teacher education. It is helpful for us to carry out comparative research on the development of international education informatization under the strategic background of Belt and Road.
