迈向空间正义的国家治理:基于福柯治理理论的谱系学分析

【摘要】：当前,中国正以全新的姿态参与全球化进程,"一带一路"等诸多战略的实施凸显了空间在国家治理中的重要性。作为后现代地理学奠基人之一,福柯基于谱系学分析探究了空间与国家治理的演变历程,说明了空间与治理的关系在不同的阶段分别表达为领土空间、竞争空间、微观知识—权力的建构空间。中国在参与全球化,推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的进程中,应从赶超为导向的空间策略转为正义为导向的空间建构,从而为参与全球化开启新的篇章。
[Abstract]:At present, China is participating in the process of globalization with a new attitude. The implementation of many strategies, such as Belt and Road, highlights the importance of space in national governance. As one of the founders of post-modern geography, Foucault explored the evolution of space and national governance based on genealogical analysis, and explained that the relationship between space and governance was expressed as territorial space and competitive space at different stages. Micro-knowledge-the construction space of power. In the process of participating in globalization and promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance ability, China should change from the space strategy of catching up and leading to the construction of space guided by justice, thus opening a new chapter for participating in globalization.
