应大力推进民营企业参与“一带一路”建设

【摘要】：民营企业是中国经济发展不可或缺的力量,民营企业的国际化代表了中国开放经济的发展水平。自"一带一路"倡议提出以来,民营企业参与"一带一路"建设的意愿强烈,取得了良好成果,探索出多种参与模式。无论从其主体身份还是市场化准则来看,民营企业都充分展示了不可替代的作用。但是,民营企业在参与"一带一路"建设过程中也面临着诸如公平性、风险规避、中介服务和自身素质等内外部问题,应从赋予平等地位、完善风险评估预警体系、建立政策性风险补偿机制、加快"一带一路"中介服务体系的建设、提升民企国际化素质和能力等方面采取措施,大力推进民营企业参与"一带一路"建设。
[Abstract]:Private enterprise is an indispensable force in China's economic development, and the internationalization of private enterprise represents the development level of China's open economy. Since Belt and Road's initiative was put forward, private enterprises have had a strong desire to participate in the construction of "Belt and Road", have achieved good results, and explored various modes of participation. Whether from its main status or market-oriented standards, private enterprises have fully demonstrated the role of irreplaceable. However, in the process of taking part in the construction of Belt and Road, private enterprises are also faced with internal and external problems such as fairness, risk aversion, intermediary service and their own quality. Establishing the policy risk compensation mechanism, speeding up the construction of "Belt and Road" intermediary service system, improving the international quality and ability of private enterprises and taking measures to promote the private enterprises to participate in the construction of "Belt and Road".
