“一带一路与教育发展”国际学术研讨会(2016)口译实践报告

【摘要】:新疆是丝绸之路经济带建设的核心区,是世界四大文明的交汇地,在文化发展中新疆承担着纽带、桥梁和支点的作用。近年来为主动应对全球形势深刻变化、统筹国内国际两大局势,推动不同文明之间的对话、互鉴,新疆在教育、文化、科技等多个领域与亚欧各国开展了各类国际交流活动,这也对承担着信息传递任务的译员提出了更高的要求。笔者有幸参与到了丝绸之路经济带的交流活动中,收获满满。本实践报告将对笔者的口译实践经历作以介绍,对实践的结果作以总结。本报告基于2016年6月24日至6月25日在新疆师范大学国际教育大厦一楼学术报告厅展开的“一带一路与教育发展”国际学术研讨会(2016),会议期间,笔者的主要任务为两项:1、张诗亚教授演讲时为吉尔吉斯斯坦副教授做耳语同传;2、塔热考娃副教授作报告时会议的交替传译。本报告分为五个部分:第一部分介绍了“一带一路与教育发展”国际学术研讨会(2016)、主要口译任务及会议口译特点;第二部分阐述了此次口译实践前笔者所做的准备以及此次口译活动过程;第三部分概述了释意理论、释意理论的口译程序及释意理论指导下的翻译方法;第四部分是报告的重点,运用释意理论指导下的翻译方法分析此次实践中的案例;第五部分对此次口译实践过程中的不足与经验做出了总结。
[Abstract]:Xinjiang is the core area of the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the intersection of the four major civilizations in the world. Xinjiang plays the role of link bridge and fulcrum in the development of culture. In recent years, in order to actively respond to profound changes in the global situation, coordinate domestic and international situations, promote dialogue and mutual learning among different civilizations, Xinjiang has carried out various international exchanges with Asian and European countries in various fields such as education, culture, science and technology, and so on. This also puts forward higher requirements for interpreters who undertake the task of transmitting information. I was fortunate to participate in the Silk Road Economic Belt exchange activities, harvest full. This practice report will introduce the author's interpretation experience and summarize the results of the practice. This report is based on the International Symposium on "Belt and Road and the Development of Education", held at the first floor of the International Education Building, Xinjiang normal University, from 24 June to 25 June 2016 (2016), during which, The main tasks of the author are as follows: (1) Professor Zhang Shiya did simultaneous interpretation for the associate professor of Kyrgyzstan in his speech; 2, consecutive Interpreting of the meeting of Associate Professor Targekova in his presentation. This report is divided into five parts: the first part introduces the international academic seminar "Belt and Road and the Development of Education" (2016), the main interpretation tasks and conference interpretation characteristics; The second part expounds the preparation made by the author before the interpretation practice and the process of the interpretation activities, and the third part summarizes the interpretation theory, interpretation procedures and translation methods under the guidance of interpretation theory; The fourth part is the focus of the report, using the interpretation theory under the guidance of translation methods to analyze the practice of the case; the fifth part of the interpretation practice in the process of shortcomings and experience made a summary.
