“一带一路”视域下的中国特色大国外语教育战略的思考

【摘要】:"一带一路"宏伟蓝图的实现需要我国及早制定并完善国家外语教育战略规划,着力培养实践过程中急需的外语高端人才。与传统大国成熟的外语教育战略相比,我国尚且存在教育理念上战略意识缺位、权威性组织管理机构与协作机制尚未建立、外语高端人才供给匮乏和资源配置战略投入不足的弊端。明确中国大国外语教育战略的定位、着手顶层设计、完善外语战略管理的体制、打造外语教育的大数据平台以及推进国际语言服务创新等,是构建符合中国实际的大国外语教育战略的关键。
[Abstract]:The realization of Belt and Road Initiative's grand blueprint requires our country to formulate and perfect the national strategic plan for foreign language education as soon as possible and to train the foreign language high-end talents urgently needed in the process of practice. Compared with the mature foreign language education strategy of traditional big countries, there are still some disadvantages in our country, such as the lack of strategic consciousness in educational concept, the establishment of authoritative organization and management organization and cooperation mechanism, the shortage of high-end foreign language talent supply and the lack of strategic investment in resource allocation. It is the key to construct the foreign language education strategy of the big countries in China to make clear the orientation of the foreign language education strategy of China, to proceed with the top-level design, to perfect the system of foreign language strategic management, to build the big data platform of foreign language education, and to promote the innovation of international language service.
