“一带一路”倡议在拉美与加勒比地区的发展研究

“一带一路”倡议,是一项通过基础建设实现贸易互联的项目。其灵感源自曾为古代商人提供贸易通道的线路网——古丝绸之路。在中国经济、商业地位腾飞和全球化事件不断催生新必需品的框架下,“一带一路”倡议作为世界上的一个重要的发展工程应运而生。自特朗普总统上台以来,中美关系变得愈发复杂。但随着中国经济的增长和技术的不断发展,越来越多的国家与中国建立了重要的伙伴关系,中国业已成为了拉美和加勒比地区的第二大经济伙伴。2013年,习近平主席提出了连接欧亚大陆的“一带一路”倡议。鉴于“一带一路”倡议取得的成就和过去几十年内中国在拉美和加勒比地区越发瞩目的存在,2017年中国国家主席习近平在与毛利西奥总统会晤时宣布:拉美和加勒比地区是“一带一路”倡议的自然延伸。“一带一路”倡议契合了拉美和加勒比地区对基础设施投资的需求,它为该地区的生产和基础设施发展提供了机遇。同时,“一带一路”倡议还是一个实用的项目,它在独立和双赢合作的基础上为发展和一体化创造了条件。因此,“一带一路”倡议受到了拉美政府与企业的广泛欢迎。它们将“一带一路”倡议视为进行国际参与的重要机遇,现已有19个拉美国家通过签署谅解备忘录加入了“一带一...
