[Abstract]:The financial crisis in 2008 has dealt a heavy blow to the world economy and exposed the deep contradictions of western capitalism. After eight years of adjustment, the economic recovery of western countries is still weak. And it's more complicated. Britain voted to leave the EU, European refugee flows and extreme political forces are on the rise. Terrorism persists. Various phenomena point to the fact that western capitalist countries are facing systemic contradictions and crises. The economy is in permanent stagnation. The state of economic growth (including quantity and quality). It is the basis of considering the vitality and competitiveness of superstructure. The major Western economies are still not completely out of the financial crisis, potential economic growth rates decline, real interest rates are low, total factor productivity
