【摘要】：诺姆·乔姆斯基(Noam Chomsky)是美国麻省理工学院的语言学和哲学教授,被公认为当代杰出的语言学家、哲学家、思想家和政论家,是当代“最伟大的持不同政见者”,他的语言学研究和政治评论在美国乃至世界上都有重大的影响,尤其是他对美国国内政治和对外政策的种种批判非常深刻。每当国际政治格局发生重大变化时,西方知识界往往率先关注他的表现。不过,学者们对他的研究主要都集中在语言学领域,其政治评论,特别是他的国际政治思想没有得到相应的关注,即使对他的政治学进行了研究,也只是停留在政治思想的总结和介绍,不能完整体现他的国际政治思想。有鉴于此,本论文以乔姆斯基国际政治思想作为研究对象,通过全面解读与此有关的著作,总结和评价乔姆斯基对美国国内政治和对外政策的批判、国际恐怖主义的理解、判断和乔姆斯基对新自由主义评述的国际政治思想。全文共分绪论、正文和结语三个部分：绪论部分主要介绍国内外有关乔姆斯基对美国政治和对外政策批判的研究,说明本研究的重要性与必要性,介绍本研究的主要方法及创新之处。正文包括三个部分。第一部分：主要阐述马克思主义的国际政治思想以及乔姆斯基国际政治思想与马克思主义国际政治思想的联系与区别。第二部分：主要分析乔姆斯基对美国霸权主义的批判。第三部分：主要分析乔姆斯基对美国对国际恐怖主义和反恐战争的理解和判断。结语部分主要对以上章节的内容进行概括,同时,说明了在论文研究的过程中,自己所挖掘的有限的研究空间。
[Abstract]:Noam Chomskyis a professor of linguistics and philosophy at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the United States. He is recognized as a leading contemporary linguist, philosopher, thinker, and political commentator. Is the "greatest dissident of our time," and his linguistic research and political commentary have had a significant impact on the United States and the world. In particular, his criticism of American domestic politics and foreign policy is very profound. Whenever major changes take place in the international political landscape, Western intellectuals tend to be the first to pay attention to his performance. Scholars have mainly focused on the field of linguistics, and their political comments, especially his international political thoughts, have not received the corresponding attention, even though his political science has been studied. In view of this, this paper regards Chomsky's international political thought as the object of study, through a comprehensive interpretation of the relevant works, It summarizes and evaluates Chomsky's criticism of American domestic politics and foreign policy, his understanding of international terrorism, judgment and Chomsky's international political thoughts on neoliberalism. The full text is divided into three parts: introduction, text and conclusion. The introduction part mainly introduces the domestic and foreign studies on Chomsky's criticism of American politics and foreign policy, explains the importance and necessity of this study, and introduces the main methods and innovations of this study. The main body includes three parts: the first part mainly expounds the international political thought of Marxism and the relation and difference between Chomsky's international political thought and Marxist international political thought. The second part mainly analyzes Chomsky's criticism of American hegemonism. The third part mainly analyzes Chomsky's understanding and judgment on international terrorism and the war on terrorism. The conclusion part mainly summarizes the contents of the above chapters, and explains the limited research space excavated in the course of the thesis research.
