抗争政治与有限国家——对一起企业纠纷案例的分析

【摘要】：本文基于一个企业纠纷的案例分析行动者的行动策略及其国家理论。在详尽的案例呈现基础上,我们将行动者的国家理论称之为"二重性国家理论",即行动者对国家既有"规范期待",对国家权力机关也"谨慎戒备",这两个层面的事实共同存在于行动者与国家的关联当中。在此基础上,我们意识到,行动者对国家的想象及其日常实践,构成了定义国家的必要环节,这区别于韦伯对国家的经典定义,而试图从"观念"和"实践"的维度来看待何谓国家。而从此两种维度所定义的国家,不但意味着行动者是意义导向的存在,更使我们意识到,这是一种区别于国家中心论的国家而存在的"有限国家"。
[Abstract]:Based on a case study of an enterprise dispute, this paper analyzes the action strategies of the actors and their national theories. We call the state theory of actors "dual state theory", that is, actors have "normative expectations" to the state, and "cautious vigilance" to the organs of state power. These two levels of facts exist in both actors and countries. On the basis of this, We are aware that the actors' imagination of the State and its daily practice constitute an essential link in the definition of the State, as distinct from Weber's classic definition of the State, And trying to look at what is a state from the dimensions of "concept" and "practice". And the definition of the state in this two dimensions not only means that the actors are the existence of meaning orientation, but also makes us realize that, This is a kind of "limited state" which is different from state-centered state.
