互联网实时传播下的技术操控政治——从速度学理论视角的解读

【摘要】：本文从法国思想家维瑞柳的速度学理论角度,反思互联网传播的发展影响。本文认为、互联网实时传播的两个特征在于:发生即接收、空间背景解体,其后果包括:互联网时代的事件成为大众参与制造的事件、受众认知的迷失,以及对事件实地意义的消解。实时传播使技术操控政治,一方面给社会带来巨大风险;另一方面,也使民主成为被技术处理过并被社会管理者牢牢控制的所谓"阴极民主"。
[Abstract]:This paper reflects on the influence of internet communication from the perspective of the speed theory of the French thinker Verilia.This paper holds that the two characteristics of the real-time communication of the Internet are as follows: the occurrence is receiving, and the spatial background disintegrates. The consequences include: the events of the Internet era become the events of mass participation in manufacturing, the audience is lost in cognition.And the resolution of the actual meaning of the event.Real-time communication makes technology manipulate politics, on the one hand, brings great risks to society, on the other hand, it also makes democracy become the so-called "cathode democracy" which has been handled by technology and firmly controlled by social managers.
