“大同理想”中的社会保障思想

【摘要】：先秦至汉代,有许多向往和追求"大同理想"社会的议论,其中描述最完整、最详尽和最典型的是《礼记·礼运》中以孔子之名提出的"大同"社会设想。大同社会论的核心内容蕴含有丰富的社会保障思想,涉及老人救助、幼儿救助、失业救助、对鳏寡孤独疾等社会弱势群体的贫困救助以及国家救助、邻里互助等内容,反映了当时的社会问题和人们希望解决这些问题的愿望。关爱、救助贫困人口和社会弱势群体,是先秦思想家和政治家的普遍主张。大同社会的美妙蓝图并非全是空想,有不少主张已见于先秦时期的社会实践。社会保障思想不是大同理想所独有的主张和专利,也不是划分"大同"和"小康"社会的道德价值尺度和行为评判标准,它属于普世道德价值和慈善思想,源自人类的初心,存在于人类社会发展的各个阶段。
[Abstract]:From the Pre-Qin Dynasty to the Han Dynasty, there were many discussions about the society of yearning for and pursuing "the ideal of Datong", among which the most complete, detailed and typical was the social conception of "Datong" put forward in the name of Confucius in the Book of Rites. The core contents of Datong's social theory contain rich social security thoughts, including elderly assistance, early childhood assistance, unemployment assistance, poverty relief for social vulnerable groups such as widowers and oligarchs, and state assistance and neighborhood assistance. It reflects the social problems of the time and the desire of people to solve them. Caring for and helping the poor and social vulnerable groups is a common proposition of pre-Qin thinkers and politicians. The wonderful blueprint of Datong society is not all utopia, there are a lot of propositions have been seen in the pre-Qin period of social practice. The thought of social security is not the unique proposition and patent of the ideal of Datong, nor is it the criterion of moral value and behavior evaluation of "Datong" and "well-to-do" society. It belongs to the universal moral value and charitable thought and originates from the initial heart of mankind. It exists in all stages of the development of human society.
