协商民主:后发国家政治可持续发展的优选路径

【摘要】：激进式政治发展模式存在巨大的政治风险,后发国家应选择政治可持续发展模式,以推动政治体系在促进经济、社会、文化、生态持续发展以及人的自由全面发展的基础上,和平、有序地演进与更新。协商民主是实现政治可持续发展的优选路径。后发国家建立包容性协商机制,能够在不破坏现有政治秩序的情况下,增强政治体制的合法性,优化政府的判断和决策,提高政治家和公民的素质,和平化解政治冲突,逐步实现国家权力运行的民主化、法治化和生态化。
[Abstract]:There are enormous political risks in the radical political development model. The developing countries should choose the political sustainable development model to promote the political system on the basis of promoting the economic, social, cultural, ecological sustainable development and the free and all-round development of human beings. Peace, orderly evolution and renewal. Deliberative democracy is the best way to realize the sustainable development of politics. The establishment of inclusive consultation mechanisms in latecomers can enhance the legitimacy of the political system, optimize the judgment and decision-making of the Government, improve the quality of politicians and citizens, and peacefully resolve political conflicts without undermining the existing political order.
